Ok, here is the problem:

I selected the video that I have sent to you via attachment.  If you do that, through my account, you will see that the audio is perfect...

Here is the sample of the original video, the one I have sent to you via attachment...

Then, when I checked the video, before uploading it to your server, I found that the audio is bad...

This is how it sounds once uploaded to your server:

As you can see, the sound is NOT OK.  You can try it out yourself to see what happens.
